There are only two weeks left until INSEAD’s first-round deadline for the January 2014 intake. If you are applying to INSEAD, you want to get it right the first time – this is one of those schools that discourage students from re-applying.

The INSEAD application is also not one that you can or should write in the 48 hours leading up to the deadline – you should reflect well on the stories that you include in your application, and make sure they present you in the optimal way.

Is your GMAT going to be a problem for INSEAD?

While I have seen candidates with 650 get into INSEAD, this is unusual. If you have the time (and energy) to retake the GMAT and still apply by the second or third deadline, you should consider it. You’ve only got one shot at INSEAD, so don’t waste it.
