Chicago Evening MBA and Chicago Weekend MBA Reapplication Tips
If you are reapplying to Chicago Booth evening MBA or weekend MBA program, you will need to answer not only the regular essay questions (link), but also this additional essay. Isn’t it crazy? You would think three essays were enough, but no.
Re-applicant Essay (500 words): Upon reflection, how has your thinking regarding your future, Chicago Booth, and/or obtaining your MBA changed since the time of your last application; and what steps have you taken to strengthen your application since the last time you applied? (500 words maximum)

You need to explain why you believe the part-time MBA at Chicago is the right option for you now. Don’t make excuses about the past, just focus on how you will benefit from the weekend/evening structure.

Focus on the changes in your profile: more responsibilities at work, additional classes or certification (if GPA is an issue), more community work, etc.
